1. About EarnOva

EarnOva is a platform where members can refer other people, share and sell digital courses, and earn money from referrals and sales. Anyone can also register as a buyer to purchase courses. By using EarnOva you agree to these terms.

2. Accounts

You must be at least 18 to use EarnOva. Give accurate information, keep your password private, and use one account per person. You are responsible for what happens on your account.

3. Activation fee

Affiliate accounts pay a one-time activation fee, shown at checkout, to unlock the dashboard, a personal link and earning. The fee is not refundable except where the law requires it. Buyer accounts do not pay an activation fee.

4. Referral rewards and link commissions

Members earn rewards when people join through their link or referral code and activate their account, and commissions when a course is bought through their link. The amounts and percentages are shown on our homepage and in your dashboard, and the ones in force on the day of the activation or sale apply.

You may not refer yourself, create fake or duplicate accounts, or use any trick to earn money you are not entitled to. We may cancel earnings that come from this, and suspend the account.

5. Selling courses

You may only upload files you created or have the right to sell. Do not upload anything illegal, pirated, hateful, sexual, harmful or misleading. A course is a single file of up to 50 MB with a price of zero or at least ₦100. When a course is sold, the sale is shared as set out in section 4 and on the homepage. EarnOva can hide or remove any course, and a course that has already been bought cannot be deleted by its uploader.

6. Buying courses

Courses are digital files. You pay through Paystack and can download the file after payment, including later from My purchases. Because a digital file cannot be returned, purchases are generally not refundable. If a file is broken, missing or clearly not as described, contact us within 7 days and we will look into it.

7. Withdrawals

You can withdraw your balance once it reaches ₦1,000. Add a Nigerian bank account in Settings; the account name is confirmed with your bank. Withdrawals are paid by our team, and we may delay or reject a request to check for fraud or a breach of these terms. If we reject a request, the money returns to your balance.

8. Not allowed

Do not break the law, harass others, attack or overload the service, try to access other people's accounts or files, or share your downloaded courses in ways the uploader has not allowed.

9. Suspension and ending

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. You can stop using EarnOva at any time. Contact us if you want your account deleted.

10. Our responsibility

Members create the courses; we do not check every file and are not responsible for what members upload. EarnOva is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost profit or indirect loss, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the problem.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. If the change is important we will tell members. Using EarnOva after a change means you accept it.
